The clinic is open from Monday to Friday and by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancelled appointments, failure to do so will incur a charge for the full treatment fee.

On a more personal note:
"As my clients know I am very understanding about having to cancel appointments because it is often unavoidable and necessary.
However time lost, due to very late cancellations or no cancellation at all, could have be filled with clients who are waiting for appointments. This means that waiting clients are not able to take up available slots at very short notice and this is a lose/lose situation for everyone. In addition to this many will appreciate my work is not just a job to me but it is how I earn my living."
"This tariff is not meant as a ‘punishment’ but hopefully just a memory jogger for you to call a little earlier if you do need to rearrange."
