About Debbie

Debbie lives in Langham with her husband, Gareth and her 2 rescue Greyhounds, Sparky and Lucy. Anyone who knows Debbie will know that her work is her passion but equally so are her greyhounds! "There is never a dull moment where they are concerned but greyhounds really do make the most affectionate and loving pets, eternally grateful it seems not to be racing for their lives anymore!"

Tucked away in the heart of the village, Debbie owns and practices at The Stables Clinic in Langham, Rutland, a haven of tranquillity where Debbie specialises in a range of holistic and remedial massage therapies. Whether it be treatment for pain in the body or relaxation you need, then Debbie has a treatment for you.

As well as being a highly qualified Aesthetician and Beauty Therapist, Debbie has trained extensively at the Jing Advanced Massage Institute in Brighton to qualify through the series of advanced courses in Holistic Medical & Remedial Massage. "To me the Jing Institute is the holy grail of massage training, the training is of an extremely high standard and opened my eyes to a whole new approach to body work with proven and effective techniques to bring people out of pain".

Debbie uses a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching techniques to treat soft tissue, muscle and joint pain. "I work with every client to support them through their healing with treatments that are tailored to meet their specific needs."

"However, it is also lovely to provide pure relaxation for my clients too as that is also very therapeutic. So I also offer Hot Stone Fusion Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Holistic Face Lift Massage and Indian Head Massage".
